Use our online feedback form to tell us what you think of our services, upgrades or facilities.

To track the progress and receive a response to your feedback you will be required to login or register to your ACT Digital Account. Alternatively, you may submit anonymously and you will not be asked for contact information. Please note this may restrict our ability to locate or follow up on the reported issue.

We value hearing about passenger experiences so we can:

  • make improvements to our existing network
  • ensure our drivers are providing a safe and timely bus service
  • ensure you are kept informed.

Remember, real people receive and respond to your feedback, so please treat them with respect.
