A new bus timetable will begin Monday 9 October 2023 to align with the start of Term 4.
The timetable changes include new bell times and some refinements to 14 school services based on school and community feedback.
The changes to the school services will impact students from 21 schools. There are no changes to light rail frequencies.
Students and families are encouraged to check their school timetables and plan ahead for the new school term.

- Route 1027 – The morning service begins 25 minutes later to accommodate new bell time.
- Route 1028 – The morning service begins 16 minutes later to accommodate new bell time.
- Route 1029 – The morning service begins 8 minutes later to accommodate new bell time.
Burgmann Anglican School Valley Campus and Forde Campus
- Route 1009 – The afternoon service begins at the Burgmann Forde campus instead of at the shops across the road.
Charnwood Dunlop School
- Route 1062 – The afternoon service begins 20 minutes earlier to accommodate new bell time.
Fraser Primary School
- Route 1062 – The afternoon service begins 20 minutes earlier to accommodate new bell time.
Forrest Primary School
- Route 2024 – The afternoon service begins 3 minutes later to accommodate new bell time.
- Route 2025 – The morning service begins 1 minute earlier to accommodate new bell time.
Harrison School
- Route 1015 – Both morning and afternoon services will travel along Gundaroo Drive, Gozzard Street and Anthony Rolfe Avenue instead of Horse Park Drive.
Lyneham Primary School
- Route 1027 – The morning service begins 25 minutes later to accommodate new bell time.
- Route 1028 – The morning service begins 16 minutes later to accommodate new bell time.

- Route 2043 – The afternoon service will travel along Isabella Drive, do a U-turn at the Coyne Street roundabout, turn left into Benham Street, right into Halley Street and continue onto Heagney Crescent.
- Route 2048 – The morning service will travel up Hambidge Crescent, turn left onto Proctor Street, turn right on Mead Street, turn right onto Benham Street, turn right onto Halley Street, turn left onto Hambidge Crescent and continue onto Coyne Street.
Melrose High School
- Route 2039 – The morning service begins 12 minutes earlier to accommodate new bell time.
- Route 2043 – The afternoon service will travel along Isabella Drive, do a U-turn at the Coyne Street roundabout, turn left into Benham Street, right into Halley Street and continue onto Heagney Crescent.
- Route 2049 – The morning service will travel up Hambidge Crescent, turn left onto Proctor Street, turn right on Mead Street, turn right onto Benham Street, turn right onto Halley Street, turn left onto Hambidge Crescent and continue onto Coyne Street.
