For all passengers travelling on Fare free Fridays using a single use ticket, please do not scan on and off when using Transport Canberra bus and light rail services until further notice. This is to ensure you do not activate your ticket on Fridays. You can still tap or scan on and off using a bank card, MyWay+ card or in-app QR code. No fares will be charged. Commonwealth Avenue bus stop 8888 relocation from Monday 17 March 2025


Bus stop 8888 on Commonwealth Avenue will be temporarily relocated approximately 150 metres south on Commonwealth Avenue. It will continue to be serviced by the same bus routes.

This is due to light rail stage 2A construction in the area.
