Check old MyWay card balance


Please be reminded that most MyWay+ concessions automatically expired on 30 June 2026, except for ACT Seniors. If you missed this update or need to continue receiving concession fares, please visit the MyWay+ guide or the concession expiry section on the concessions page to find the option that works for you or call 13 17 10 for assistance.



You can no longer check the balance of your old MyWay card.

To request a refund of an outstanding MyWay balance please use the MyWay refund form.

Alternatively, you can transfer your old MyWay card balance to your new MyWay+ account.
