Register MyWay


Register your MyWay card so you can check your travel balance online. If your registered card is lost, stolen or damaged, we can transfer the card balance to your new card.

Use the MyWay card registration form or phone 13 17 10. Allow 24 hours for the registration to activate.

If you purchased your MyWay card online, you have the option to automatically register your card at the time of purchase. ACT Senior MyWay cards are registered as a part of the online application process.

Transport Canberra will not process refunds or balance transfer requests for unregistered MyWay cards.
